Condiciones del Servicio
Esto es un producto en desarrollo, ofrecido gratis y tal cual. Puede fallar, cambiar o dejar de existir sin aviso, y podés perder datos. Si eso no te sirve, no lo uses para nada importante.
1. Qué es esto
DiagraMinder es una aplicación para crear diagramas y guardarlos, opcionalmente, en una carpeta en la nube. Es un proyecto personal e independiente. Al usarlo aceptás estas condiciones; si no estás de acuerdo, no lo uses.
2. Tu cuenta
Para usar la nube necesitás iniciar sesión con una cuenta de Google. Sos responsable de lo que pase con tu cuenta y de mantenerla segura. Tenés que tener capacidad legal para aceptar estas condiciones en tu jurisdicción.
3. Tu contenido es tuyo
No reclamamos ninguna propiedad sobre tus diagramas, textos o archivos. Nos das únicamente el permiso técnico necesario para almacenarlos, transmitirlos y mostrártelos —y mostrárselos a quien vos decidas compartírselos— con el solo fin de operar el servicio. Ese permiso termina cuando borrás el contenido o la cuenta.
Sos responsable de tener los derechos sobre lo que subís.
4. Uso aceptable
No uses DiagraMinder para:
- actividades ilegales, ni para almacenar o distribuir material ilícito;
- vulnerar, sondear o sobrecargar la infraestructura, ni saltear los límites de uso o de cuota;
- acceder a datos de otras cuentas, ni suplantar a otra persona;
- subir contenido sobre el que no tengas derechos.
5. Plan gratuito y límites
El plan gratuito tiene una cuota de espacio acotada y se ejecuta en infraestructura compartida. Podemos cambiar los límites, aplicar restricciones de frecuencia de uso o modificar las funciones disponibles en cualquier momento, sin aviso previo.
6. Asistentes de IA (MCP)
Podés generar una URL para que un asistente de IA externo opere sobre tu carpeta. Si lo hacés, ese asistente puede leer, crear y editar tus proyectos. Es tu decisión y tu responsabilidad: revisá con quién compartís esa URL, y revocala desde tu perfil cuando quieras. No respondemos por lo que un tercero haga con el acceso que vos le diste.
7. Suspensión y baja
Podemos suspender o cerrar una cuenta que incumpla estas condiciones o que ponga en riesgo el servicio para los demás. Vos podés dejar de usarlo cuando quieras: exportá tus diagramas desde la app (Obsidian, PDF, PNG, Word) y escribinos para que borremos la cuenta y su contenido.
8. Sin garantías
El servicio se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad», sin garantía de ningún tipo, expresa o implícita, incluyendo —sin limitarse a— garantías de comerciabilidad, adecuación a un propósito particular, disponibilidad, continuidad, integridad de los datos o ausencia de errores. No hay ningún compromiso de nivel de servicio.
9. Límite de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, no asumimos responsabilidad alguna por daños directos, indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso o de la imposibilidad de usar el servicio. Esto incluye, sin limitación, la pérdida, corrupción, divulgación o borrado de datos, las interrupciones del servicio, el lucro cesante y la pérdida de oportunidades.
Tratándose de un producto gratuito y en beta, mantener copias de seguridad de tu información es enteramente tu responsabilidad. Si alguna jurisdicción no permite excluir del todo estas responsabilidades, nuestra responsabilidad total quedará limitada al monto que hayas pagado por el servicio en los últimos doce meses — que en el plan gratuito es cero.
10. Cambios
Podemos modificar estas condiciones. Si el cambio es relevante, actualizamos la fecha de arriba y avisamos por correo. Seguir usando el servicio después implica aceptar la versión nueva.
11. Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina, sin perjuicio de los derechos irrenunciables que te correspondan como consumidor en tu país de residencia.

This is a work in progress, offered free of charge and as is. It may break, change or disappear without notice, and you may lose data. If that does not work for you, do not use it for anything important.
1. The service
DiagraMinder is an application for creating diagrams and optionally storing them in a cloud folder. It is an independent personal project. By using it you accept these terms; if you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Your account
Cloud features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for your account and for keeping it secure, and you must have the legal capacity to accept these terms in your jurisdiction.
3. Your content is yours
We claim no ownership over your diagrams, text or files. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store, transmit and display them to you — and to anyone you choose to share them with — for the sole purpose of operating the service. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you upload.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use DiagraMinder for unlawful activity; to probe, overload or circumvent the infrastructure or its usage and quota limits; to access other accounts' data or impersonate anyone; or to upload content you have no rights to.
5. Free plan and limits
The free plan has a limited storage quota and runs on shared infrastructure. We may change limits, apply rate limiting or modify available features at any time without prior notice.
6. AI assistants (MCP)
You may generate a URL that lets an external AI assistant operate on your folder. If you do, that assistant can read, create and edit your projects. That is your decision and your responsibility: be careful who you share the URL with, and revoke it from your profile at any time. We are not responsible for what a third party does with access you granted it.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service at risk for others. You may stop using it whenever you like: export your diagrams from the app (Obsidian, PDF, PNG, Word) and email us to have your account and its contents deleted.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, continuity, data integrity or freedom from error. There is no service level commitment.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service — including without limitation loss, corruption, disclosure or deletion of data, service interruptions, lost profits and lost opportunities.
As this is a free beta product, keeping backups of your information is entirely your responsibility. Where a jurisdiction does not allow these exclusions in full, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past twelve months — which on the free plan is zero.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms. For material changes we will update the date above and notify you by email. Continuing to use the service means accepting the new version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
